The game
Rookiepath is an American football career simulation game for iPhone. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app on the App Store.
It's fiction
All leagues, teams, players, coaches, colleges, awards and events in Rookiepath are fictional, and any resemblance to real people, teams or organizations is coincidental. Rookiepath is not affiliated with any football league, team, college, players' association or broadcaster. Ratings, money and contracts in the game are game mechanics, not predictions or advice about real sports careers.
Rookiepath Pro
Rookiepath is free to play. Rookiepath Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features (a sandbox start, more career slots, team colors, career stat history and the legend comparison) at the price shown in the App Store for your country. Use RESTORE PURCHASES in the More tab to bring Pro back on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Packs
Packs change your current career, or your next career if none is open: Training Fund adds a private coach for 18 weeks, Agent Retainer a top agency for your next contract (pro careers), and Tip Jar is a thank-you to the developer that also lifts your player's morale a little. Their effects exist only inside the game: they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be transferred to another person or device. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow App Store rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your careers
Careers are saved only on your device; there is no online account or cloud sync. Keep your iPhone backed up. We cannot restore a career that was deleted, abandoned or lost with a device. Updates may rebalance the game, for example how fast a skill grows or what a contract pays, and this can affect careers already in progress.
Fair use
Use the app only as intended and in line with applicable law. Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify or resell it.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change when the app changes. The current version is always at this address with its effective date.
